My name means "To Witness Life" and you may think that maybe I changed it to have a funky name for my practice, but no...this name was given to me at birth, by my parents.  It's as if somehow they knew that I would be witness to hundreds of lives through a career as a therapist, or during my travels across the globe.  However the name came to them, it couldn't be more fitting, since even as a young person I had a curiosity and passion for experiencing and learning about different cultures and people's varied life experiences.  I have traveled in East Africa, Europe, Latin America and South Asia and lived for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Uganda. These experiences combined with my bi-racial ethnicity inform my practice and have allowed me to successfully relate to and work with clients from a diverse array of backgrounds.

“We are here as trailblazers, survivors, creators and healers. We have come to transform our society starting from within”
